Group Integration

Facilitated gatherings where shared reflection, interpersonal exploration, and relationships become part of the integration process.

Explore group integration

Psychedelic experiences can bring forward new perspectives, difficult emotions, and questions about ourselves and how we live. Integration involves exploring these experiences in relation to our personal histories, patterns, values, and relationships, and discovering what they might ask of us in everyday life.

Through individual therapy and facilitated groups, we encourage curiosity toward the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that emerge during integration. Reflection, therapeutic dialogue, and interpersonal feedback can help people recognize connections they hadn't previously considered, approach difficult experiences with greater openness, and explore different ways of relating to themselves and others.

Integration is a living process.
