GROUP INTEGRATION
Psychedelic experiences can reshape how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Group integration creates a space to explore these experiences alongside others—through reflection, conversation, and shared meaning-making.
Integration happens in relationship.
WHAT IS GROUP INTEGRATION?
Group integration brings people together to reflect on psychedelic experiences in a supportive, facilitated setting. Hearing how others make sense of their experiences can offer new perspectives, while sharing your own experience can help give language and shape to something that may be difficult to understand alone.
Some experiences become clearer when explored with others.
WHY GROUPS?
Psychedelic experiences can feel deeply personal, yet many of the questions they raise involve how we relate to ourselves, other people, and the world around us. A group creates opportunities to recognize shared experiences, encounter different perspectives, and explore what emerges through connection with others.
Integration is personal, but it doesn’t have to happen alone.
WHAT THE GROUP IS LIKE
Sessions combine facilitated conversation with opportunities for personal reflection and connection with others. You may share an experience, listen to what others are working through, explore a question that has stayed with you, or notice how something from your experience comes alive in relationship with the group.
A space for reflection, connection, and shared exploration.
There is no expectation that you share everything—or even that you arrive knowing what you want to explore. The group is designed to make room for curiosity, uncertainty, and experiences that may still be unfolding.
OUR APPROACH
Our approach is relational. We pay attention not only to the experiences people bring into the group, but also to what happens through sharing them with others—feeling understood, encountering different perspectives, noticing patterns of connection, and finding language for experiences that may have been difficult to express.
The group itself can become part of the integration process.
The aim is not to arrive at a single interpretation of an experience. Instead, the group offers a space where meaning can develop through reflection, dialogue, and relationship.
